Ø     Warranty Validation Process:

1. Vehicle fuel filter must be replaced.

2. Vehicle fuel pump filter/strainer must be replaced (where applicable).

3. Fuel tank interior must be cleaned and flushed of any contaminants or debris.

4. Any damaged wiring or connectors must be replaced.

Ø     Limited Warranty

Autobest fuel system components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date.

Original purchase date is the date that the original consumer takes ownership of the product. Autobest will repair or replace, free of charge any product that proves to be defective which is used under normal conditions at Autobest discretion in workmanship or material within the 12 month period.

Conditions specifically excluded from the limited warranty are component failures which are the result of misuse such as vehicles used in competition (racing), modification, unauthorized service, wrongful installation, installation on vehicle other than the component was designed, negligence, use of unauthorized parts, This warranty does not apply to component failure that are subject to normal wear and tear such as filters, strainers and gaskets.

The limited warranty does not provide the cost of labor, diagnostic, or any other expenses such as reinstallation, towing or any consequential expenses incurred included but not limited to other components produced by Autobest or any other manufacturer.

The limited warranty is for the original purchaser and for the vehicle application that it was purchased for. The warranty is not transferable to any person other than the original purchaser.

As permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. Autobest will not honor any attempts to change, modify or amend this warranty and remains effective as written unless done so in writing by an authorized officer of Autobest Corporation.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations of length or consequential damages, consumers are responsible for any research that will alter this limited warranty or if any exclusions apply.

To exercise this limited warranty the consumer must contact the original place of purchase if within the 12 month warranty period. An invoice or repair order showing purchase date or other written proof that this Autobest product is within the warranty period is mandatory for all claims and is required for processing. No claims will be processed by Autobest without proper documentation. Autobest will replace, free of charge products with defects in materials and/or workmanship under this limited warranty.
